    Description

    This auction is for a Solders Photo Album documenting his service during WW II.  The images start at home (South Texas) as a civilian to Ft. Monmouth with images of the Jersey Shore, Coney Island, New York City and Canada.  From Ft. Monmouth to San Francisco and on to Australia.  From Australia to his duty station in the Solomon Islands where most of the photos were taken.  The images are mostly of the members of his unit as well as local culture.  Many are of R&R time.  The album is labeled "I Never Fired a Shot" and there are few if any military action photos.  Thanks for your interest and email if you have any questions.
