Description
American Automotive u bolts are manufactured for maximum clamp force and are warranted for life. Made of cold drawn certified 1541 carbon steel OEM factory material with grade 8 hardware, American u bolts embody extreme strength and maintain OEM handling characteristics. American U-bolts provide an even distribution of pressure to protect against premature spring failure and unwanted movement. Allowances need to be made for all overloads and aftermarket leafs.
FITMENT: Square bend to clamp 2.5" wide leafs, 14" extra-long measured from bottom of bend, 5" thread can be cut down to fit many applications
KIT CONTENTS: 4x certified steel square leaf spring axle U-bolts with grade 8 nuts and extra thick washers, clear zinc plated rust protection and Installation Instructions
TECHNICAL NOTES: Retighten U-bolts after the first 500 miles, minor settling from new or repaired springs can cause a reduction in clamp force

American Automotive accepts returns for up to 30-days for uninstalled products from the date of purchase. Please email American Automotive first for an RMA number. Scratched or damaged products are not eligible for a return. No return will be accepted after 30-days. Customers are responsible for shipping charges related to returning product to American Automotive. These fees are not applicable if a customer receives a wrong product.
American Automotive Re-Stocking Fee Policy on Returns Please note that a 15% re-stocking fee will be applied to ALL returns within 30-days of purchase. American Automotive does not charge a restocking fee is when a mistake is made on a listed product or a wrong product is shipped.
