This kit is for the 2010-2020 Mercedes Sprinter Cargo Van & Cab Chassis + Dually Assist Airbag Kit
The Load Assist Kit comes with:
2 x BOSS Extreme Series Double Bellow Airbags
4 x brackets (2 upper, 2 lower)
Mounting Hardware
Quality SAE J844 Airline
Dual Schrader Valves
Stainless Mounting Panel and self tapping screws
Instructions for fitting
Boss Extreme series airbags are rated at
2600lb or 1136kg
per side
and have been independently tested to over 600psi.
Average dual cab truck will run around 5-45psi depending on load.
Every BOSS airbag is manufactured with our own unique equipment using Natural Rubber, Hi-tensile steel and Ballistic woven reinforcing, then cured with high pressure and high temperature.
BOSS load assist kits are easy to fit and most simply bolt on using basic hand tools. When filled with air, raise the rear end to make the vehicle level again.
