This is a great RCBS reloading two die set for the 223 Remington.   RCBS is one of the premiere names in reloading equipment and well known for their level of consistency in producing sturdy, accurate equipment.  Most reloaders will tell you that this is true especially for the sets made just a few years ago.
This die set is in great condition with no marring of the locking ring or knurled surfaces which unfortunately is very common (see photos).  I sincerely doubt they were used very much at all.  I believe in full disclosure and mention any observable defects in my auctions for accuracy.  Please check photos carefully, but I think you will find these dies are in really great condition.
