100% Brand New, never been used
Provides a True 2" (2 inch) Front and 2.5" (2.5 inch) Rear Lift. Includes 2 upper mount black spacers of 1.61" (41mm) thickness and 2 lift spring spacers. Also includes pressed-in studs (Grade 10.9) and mounting nuts (Grade 8) as pictured. Note that your suspension geometry is not a 1:1 ratio meaning the actual item thickness is not equal to the lift height.
The lift spacers are made from high quality Heat Treated Carbon Steel, machined to exact specifications for optimal durability and fitment. Designed to be solid so that it does not bend or warp under stress and should last the lifetime of your vehicle

This suspension self leveling unit does not come with instructions. Please consult a professional if you need support. Should take 2-4 hours to install. Make sure nuts are torqued to correct mfr specifications. The use of loctite is recommended to protect the threads from rust / corrosion and prevent loosening from vibrations. After install your suspension will be slightly stiffer.
An alignment after installation is needed to get the correct lift height.

Note:
Lift spacer thickness and lift is
not a 1 to 1 ratio
due to the suspension geometry.
The ratio of lift to spacer thickness is not one to one. Due to the design of the independent suspension of the truck, when you extend the strut by 1-1/4" (for 2" lift), 1-5/8" (for 2.5" lift) or 1-3/4” (for 3" lift) the angle of the strut becomes steeper allowing the truck to experience approximately 2", 2.5" or 3” of lift, respectively. It is the combination of extending the strut and the change in angle that gives the full lift. Once the kit is properly installed and you have the truck aligned, you will see the lift you expect. Remember that the installation is not complete until you have the truck aligned.
Please confirm the Lift Height you need before purchasing.
