TGB is happy to accept any returns that are sent back to us within 30 days from the original order date. Please contact us thru Ebay to receive your return authorization notice. Returns must be sent back in NEW, UNWORN condition with original shoe box and original material/tags included. Please do not ship returns using the original shoe box as the shipping box, as they will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Returns must be received within 14 days of of receiving return authorization. (It is not required, but we would recommend using a shipping carrier that provides tracking information to confirm receipt of package.) Returns will be credited (less original shipping charges) within 5-7 business days upon receipt of return. Exchanges: At this time we do not offer exchanges.
