Description

Front Installation:
Step 1: Park the vehicle on a level surface.
Step 2: Block the front wheels of the vehicle on both sides of the wheel to prevent it from rolling forward or back.
Step 3: Remove the lower shock mount bolts and sway bar end link attaching points.
Step 4: Remove the upper and lower coil spring clamp bolt, nut, and washer.
Step 5: Force the axle down so the coil spring comes loose.
Step 6: Remove the coil spring and the coil spring rubber isolator.
Step 7: Install the stud extension onto the coil spring lower clamp stud.

Front Installation:
Step 1: Park the vehicle on a level surface.
Step 2: Block the front wheels of the vehicle on both sides of the wheel to prevent it from rolling forward or back.
Step 3: Remove the lower shock mount bolts and sway bar end link attaching points.
Step 4: Remove the upper and lower coil spring clamp bolt, nut, and washer.
Step 5: Force the axle down so the coil spring comes loose.
Step 6: Remove the coil spring and the coil spring rubber isolator.
Step 7: Install the stud extension onto the coil spring lower clamp stud.
Step 8: Install the coil spring spacer onto the coil spring pad.
Step 9: Install the coil spring onto the coil spring spacer and then into the coil bucket. You may have to use a spring compressor.
Step 10: Install the upper and lower coil spring clamp bolt, nut, and washer. Make sure that the coil spring is seated correctly into the upper frame.
Step 11: Reconnect the sway bar end link attaching points and the shock nuts.
Step 12: Torque all nuts and bolts to the factory specifications. (Retorque all bolts after 100 miles.)
Step 13: It is recommended that you have a front-end alignment after install.
Unbolt the sway bar on both sides of vehicle.
Remove the bolts and twist the sway bar out of the way.
Unbolt the bottom of the shock, then the top.
Remove the bottom nut from inside the front coil.
Remove the nut and washer.
Lower the beam with jack and remove rubber grommet.
Remove the sway bar bracket/spring perch the nut under.
Install the stud extension onto the coil spring lower clamp stud.
Install the coil spring spacer onto the coil spring pad.
Rear Installation:
1. Chock the front wheels and jack up the rear of the vehicle. Support the vehicle with jack stands.
Remove the rear tires and wheels.
2. Support the rear axle with a floor jack and remove lower shock bolts with a 21mm and then remove
the factory u bolts.
3. Remove stock block and install the new blocks on the axle making sure the block and axle pin align.
4. Reinstall the stock U-bolts and hardware and secure to the correct factory torque specs.
5. Install rear shock back into location using a 21mm wrench.

Front Installation:
